Yes. Invite as many people as you want from Settings → Team. Each person signs in with their own email. They can write change orders, send invoices and manage subs. Only the owner can change company settings, payments and the team.

Yes. Settings → Terms. PaperForeman starts you with plain default terms, clearly marked for your attorney to review. Whatever you save there prints on every change order.

No. They get an email with a link. They read, sign or pay on their phone or computer. No app, no password, nothing to download.

Yes. In the U.S., the federal ESIGN Act and the UETA (adopted by almost every state) treat an electronic signature like a handwritten one for most business paperwork. PaperForeman records the signer’s consent, name, email, time, IP address and device, and seals the PDF with a SHA-256 fingerprint on a signature certificate. This isn’t legal advice: have your attorney review your change order terms.

Yes. They get an email with a link and can upload a PDF or snap a photo of the certificate with their phone. PaperForeman reads the dates and limits off it for you to confirm.

PaperForeman sends the reminders on schedule, then you see exactly who opened what and when. The dashboard keeps anything overdue in front of you until it’s handled.

Your choice, per invoice. Connect Stripe in a few minutes (Settings → Payments) and clients pay by card or bank transfer right on the invoice. The money goes to your Stripe account and Stripe’s fees apply: about 2.9% + 30¢ for a card, 0.8% capped at $5 for a bank transfer. PaperForeman takes no cut. Or paste your own payment link, or show check and cash instructions. You can offer all three.

There’s no QuickBooks connection today, and we won’t promise a date. Every invoice and payment is in PaperForeman with a PDF you can download for your books. When a real connection ships, it will be listed here.

Every page runs over an encrypted connection, and your data and files are encrypted where they’re stored. Files open through short-lived private links. Each company only ever sees its own data. Card and bank details go straight to Stripe; PaperForeman never sees or stores them.

Nothing gets deleted. When your paid time runs out, the account turns read-only: you can still sign in, look everything up and download your PDFs. Sending and reminders stop. Restart your plan from Billing any time and pick up where you left off.

It reads your typed note or forwarded email with Anthropic’s Claude, matches it to your own jobs and clients, and fills in a draft. The draft waits in your queue: nothing is sent, and no change order or invoice is created, until you open it, check it and tap Send. If it’s not sure, it leaves the field blank instead of guessing.

Not yet. Everything goes by email: to your clients, your subs and you. Texting isn’t built, so we don’t sell it.
